We are busy here at Children and Family Futures preparing for the upcoming National Association of Drug Court Professionals (NADCP) Annual Conference, held this year right up the freeway here in Anaheim, California. This year, 2014 Vet Court Con will also be held simultaneously. Together, they expect to draw a record crowd of over 4,300 professionals from across the nation and throughout the world! They will also be celebrating 25 years of Drug Courts and the 20th Anniversary of NADCP! We are excited to be part of this epic event!
We are also pleased be part of the 20 sessions specifically addressing the needs of children and families in drug courts at the conference. There are seven key sessions for Family Drug Courts, and we’ve brought together experts across disciplines to present on issues and solutions impacting children and families in the Legal and Judicial track, the Supervision track and the Evaluation track. There are also specialized sessions at Vet Court Con.
To preview all of these sessions and session materials (coming soon!) we encourage you to visit our Children and Families Program and our NADCP Conference webpage.
For additional information about the registration process, accommodations and the program agenda, please visit NADCP’s Training Conference website.
We look forward to seeing each of you and your teams in sunny Southern California. Please say hi at any of our workshops or at our exhibit table.
