Today’s webinar highlighted the Family Treatment Court in Dunklin County, Missouri and how their team is integrating visitation in client advancement in their FTC and decision-making towards family reunification. FDC teams were encouraged to rethink visitation as “family time” (Key, 2006) recognizing that visits are not only a right for families but also critical for the recovery and well-being of children and families.
