A Certificate of Completion will be available upon successful completion of all five modules and passing the Final Quiz with a score of 80% or higher (20 out 25 correct responses).   If you score below 80%, you may re-take the quiz up to 5 times.  Once you have received a passing score, please click on Complete Course button to receive the Certificate.
